 I could start by claiming to be the best IT professional in the area and that my company, Alex Custom Tech, is the top IT service provider in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. But that’s not me—I believe in honesty and integrity over flashy claims.

My journey with technology started as far back as I can remember. It has always been my passion, but, like many, my career path initially took me elsewhere. At 23, I entered the transportation industry, but my love for tech never faded. While working full-time, I spent my nights and weekends helping family, friends, and small business owners with their IT needs—whether it was repairing and upgrading computers or setting up entire networks.

In 2009, after losing my job at a well-known trucking company, I saw it as an opportunity to finally pursue my passion. I enrolled at PC Age Technical Institute, earning a certificate in Network Engineering and gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft, Cisco, and Linux technologies.

But enough with the technical details. My goal isn’t to overwhelm small and midsize business owners with jargon—it’s to provide honest, one-on-one IT support that makes technology work for you.
